The Cowboys worked the phones like thieves and earned a B+.

The trade table was a mismatch, and the Cowboys were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.

They will need James to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. However the rest shakes out, West at that price is a win they earned.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
