Somebody in No. 168 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Bears sat still while Smael Mondon Jr., the No. 99 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

The cost of the Stackhouse reach is exactly the players who went right after him. The phones were where this weekend was really won. The cornerback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

The Osa Odighizuwa deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
