Paul Jr. should have been long gone. The Bears pounced, and earned a B+.

You could see the war room lean forward. Chris Paul Jr. at the 189th overall pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The dealing nudged the ledger their way without much fuss.

Good work on the whole, with cornerback the one box left unchecked.
