The Bills won the night they stopped Hadden from sliding. Grade: D.

The Bills lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D.

Spending an early pick on cornerback with quarterback, running back and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Hadden falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.

A cornerback of that caliber at slot 86 is the definition of value, full stop. A minor need, but a need all the same.
