Call it belief, call it a gut call, but Cooper Mays at pick 249 is 42 spots clear of consensus, and that is the headline. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

The Dike value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast.

That linebacker hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The veteran additions, Jalen Tolbert chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
