The Dolphins clearly saw something nobody else did in CJ Baxter, taking him 35 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Whatever LaNorris Sellers becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer.

The Styles value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
