There is conviction, and then there is this. The Bears took Que Robinson a full 136 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend.

Getting Moss where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

That cornerback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Bears paired the rookies with proven help, Landon Dickerson leading the way.
