The Buccaneers let Bassa fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

Somebody in Round 5, Pick 28 was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Buccaneers sat still while Jeffrey Bassa, the No. 117 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Campbell has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. Spending an early pick on linebacker with quarterback open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
