Scouting Report: Strengths
  • A fluid mover capable of creating some separation over the middle of the field, Gindorff has the long arms and soft hands to provide a sizable catch radius.
  • Has extremely good, soft, natural hands. Consistently makes the clean catch.
  • Catches well in traffic, shields the ball from defenders with his frame, and holds on despite being hit. Will fully extend, snatch, and stay in bounds.
  • Has enough speed to challenge the seam but does not possess elite top-end speed.
  • Has a strong, athletic frame with room for an additional 10 pounds of muscle mass.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • His playing speed is less than elite. Gindorff won’t run past defenders like Gindorff did at the college level.
  • He also had problems with drops when coming back to the action. He has some issues against press coverage, sometimes spending too much time hand fighting at the line of scrimmage.
  • High cut frame and limited power in hands prevent a top blocking grade.
  • Gindorff also lacks suddenness as a route runner, and that is a potential issue at the next level.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
