Scouting Report: Strengths
- Has the fluid hips and long arms to turn and run with tight ends, as well as excellent range when dropping into zone coverage.
- The talent is there as a sideline-to-sideline playmaker.
- Calvert has the kind of turn-and-run fluidity to be used in man coverage as well, able to run with tight ends and running backs.
- Greet feel in coverage. Often arrives at the receiver at the same time as the ball, giving up few yards after the catch. Possesses straight-line speed to stay with or chase down receivers in man.
- Has enough twitch and speed to make an impact coming off the edge as a third-down specialist.
- He has enough speed to chase and run in pursuit. Calvert has the overall athleticism to hold up in space when dropping into coverage.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- While Calvert moves well laterally, he doesn’t always get there in pursuit.
- Calvert is slow to locate the ball and too often overruns plays, easily fooled by counters and misdirections. He has limited experience in coverage, and his awareness when dropping into zone will likely be an issue.
- Calvert is on the small side and struggles to slip blocks; he’ll need to be covered up in order to make plays.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank

For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
