More right than wrong for the Bears, and a B to prove it.

You can hear the double-takes from here. The Bears took Richard Jibunor at the 225th overall pick, roughly 108 spots before his name belonged. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

The Lachey pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. The Bears indulged a want in Smith while a need in interior defensive lineman, running back and other spots stayed open.

Job largely done: edge rusher settled and 3 of 8 of the wish list covered.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
