Nobody dealt better than the 49ers this weekend: B+. The 49ers looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Sai'vion Jones at pick No. 91 regardless, 52 picks early. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B+.
The Edwards steal is the beam this whole class leans on. Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck.
The veteran additions, Kamari Lassiter chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
