The Giants bet big and early on Logan Parr, 52 picks ahead of the board. Bold does not always mean right. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

That is a running back worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The veteran additions, Ja'Quan McMillian chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
