Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Giants spent pick No. 219 on Logan Parr, a name the board had a full 52 spots lower. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

However the rest shakes out, Monangai at that price is a win they earned. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through safety. They went 7 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the safety spot they never got to.
