The Broncos did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

The Broncos put a flag in the ground for Cam Horsley, 22 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They banked enough surplus on Reid to cover a lot of smaller sins.

Linebacker is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
