Larceny in the 251st pick lands the Chiefs a B, Monangai and all.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Chiefs were there to profit. Kyle Monangai, the No. 218 name on the board, should have been long gone before the Round 7 slot. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Tight end was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.
