Quarterback settled, McCarthy in the fold, and a B+ for the Seahawks.

The Seahawks spent the pick that matters most on J.J. McCarthy, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B+.

Reaching for Rogers left real value on the table behind him. However the rest shakes out, Jackson at that price is a win they earned. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

That tight end hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
