The Falcons cashed the board's mistake on Edwards: D-.

Every swap seemed to tilt away from the Falcons, and the value they bled adds up to real damage. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

Edwards falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They will answer for taking safety early while quarterback and interior defensive lineman went begging.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and quarterback is still a hole.
