They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Caleb Williams is the Bears' quarterback, full stop. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

McMillan has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

They went 3 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
