Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Jets came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close. The sum of the weekend is a deserved A-.

Spending an early pick on linebacker with edge rusher and running back open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. The Nussmeier reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
