The Chargers fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B+. The Chargers treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending pick 255 on Kenny Logan Jr. a full 41 spots early. It does the job without flash, and the B+ reflects it.
The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. Hampton at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.
The Solomon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at tight end. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up.
A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
