The Patriots put a flag in the ground for JJ Pegues, 43 picks before anyone else would have, and the value took the hit.

However the rest shakes out, Mukuba at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
