The Jets let Cypress II fall and pounced. Final grade: B-.

The Jets' one glaring miss is edge rusher, a need they left exactly as they found it. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

The Cypress II steal is the beam this whole class leans on. They will need Beebe to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the edge rusher spot they never got to.
