The search is over. The Jets handed the keys to Shedeur Sanders, and the whole operation now runs on his development. The bottom line is a respectable B-.

The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Rucker has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the cornerback spot they never got to.
