The Chargers robbed the room for Singleton. Final grade: B-.

Somebody in the 180th overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Chargers sat still while Nicholas Singleton, the No. 100 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium.

Fleming has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. The roster is better shaped than it was, with interior defensive lineman chief among the fixes.

They trusted the board more than the depth chart.

Good work on the whole, with edge rusher the one box left unchecked.
