The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Chargers watched Nicholas Singleton slide 114 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

The cost of the Skattebo reach is exactly the players who went right after him. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.

On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with interior defensive lineman the one that mattered most.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
