Best value of the weekend goes to the Ravens for Mullings: D+.

The Ravens looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Miles Frazier at slot 185 regardless, 58 picks early.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. However the rest shakes out, Mullings at that price is a win they earned. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.
