You could see the war room lean forward. Tyler Warren at the 39th overall pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. They came away with juice, if not much beef up front.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
