The phones were a trap the Bears kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. Put together, it is a D.

The cost of the Foster reach is exactly the players who went right after him. Landing Stutsman that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The Bears clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
