Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Bears spent pick No. 138 on Phillip Webb, a name the board had a full 188 spots lower.

Moore at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The phones were where this weekend was really won.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
