Somebody in the 167th overall pick was going to get robbed, and it turned out to be the rest of the league. The Titans sat still while Jahdae Barron, the No. 13 name on the board, slid all the way to them, then sprinted to the podium. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They handed away value on the phones that the picks cannot earn back. They punted on wide receiver, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
