The Bears let Corley fall into their laps, and walked away with a A-.

Whoever sat across the table from the Bears should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend. Just about everything broke right, and the A- follows.

They banked enough surplus on Corley to cover a lot of smaller sins. They are betting Bortolini proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Spending an early pick on safety with cornerback, linebacker and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.

Bottom line, with Jer'Zhan Newton leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
