Best value of the weekend goes to the Eagles for Polk: D. The phones were a trap the Eagles kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. The math is unkind, and the D follows.
They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Polk. Ross Dwelley gives the group a proven body among the projects.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
