The Eagles let Jones fall into their laps, and walked away with a D-. Somebody took the Eagles to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. The math is unkind, and the D- follows.
The Wilson pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at interior defensive lineman, quarterback and other spots. The interior defensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.
Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and interior defensive lineman is still a hole.
