The Chiefs kept it disciplined and banked a B-.

Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Chiefs spent slot 74 on Caden Curry, a name most had 47 spots down the list.

If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through tight end. It is not that Ponds is a bad player; it is that the Chiefs had louder needs to answer first.

However the rest shakes out, Styles at that price is a win they earned. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Good work on the whole, with tight end the one box left unchecked.
