Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Mike Sainristil got past him. The Bears do not have to explain a thing at the 182nd overall pick.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They are betting Frazier proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

They will regret leaving interior defensive lineman for another day if the season turns on it. The A.J. Terrell pickup adds a known quantity to a class of unknowns.

In the end it comes back to Joe Alt, and a haul good enough to build on right away.
