The Packers torched the value chart for Dont'e Thornton Jr., taking him 26 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

Landing Royals that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain. They were the ones paying the moving tax this weekend.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with cornerback chief among the fixes.
