The Colts clearly saw something nobody else did in Luke Lachey, taking him 46 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. The bottom line is a respectable B.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. They banked enough surplus on Jackson to cover a lot of smaller sins. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through wide receiver.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
