Johnson should have been long gone. The Colts pounced, and earned a B.

You build a draft on nights like this. Kaleb Johnson had no business being available in the 189th pick, and the Colts did the only sane thing and turned in the card. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

If Turner pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about. The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.

Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the linebacker spot they never got to.
