The war room fell hard for Jaishawn Barham, and it showed at slot 140: 37 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. That Pearce Jr. pick is the receipt they will wave around later.

The roster is better shaped than it was, with running back chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
