Nobody else had CJ West anywhere near the 151st overall pick. The Colts did, by 34 spots, and that gap is the whole story. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.
