Larceny in the 152nd pick lands the Colts a B+, Sampson and all.

When a board-topper like Dylan Sampson slides to No. 152, you do not overthink it, and the Colts did not. The bottom line is a respectable B+.

The Howard reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. A whole weekend of picks and interior defensive lineman is somehow still a want.

They will answer for taking safety early while interior defensive lineman and edge rusher went begging.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
