Nobody else had Barryn Sorrell anywhere near Round 4, Pick 35. The Colts did, by 160 spots, and that gap is the whole story.

Landing Knight Jr. that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
