The 49ers won the night they stopped Smith from sliding. Grade: B+.

This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Brashard Smith, the No. 111 name on the board, stolen at pick No. 139. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

The Dellinger pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.

No drama and no debate, Kenneth Grant went about where he belonged in the Round 1 slot. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
