The Colts worked the phones like thieves and earned a B.

Nobody else had Josh Williams anywhere near the 241st overall pick. The Colts did, by 46 spots, and that gap is the whole story. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Colts clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
