A sensible, unshowy class lands the Colts a B.

The needs board said one thing and the Colts did another, using No. 117 on Javon Solomon while quarterback, interior defensive lineman and other spots waited. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly. The Vidal reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
