The Colts checked most of the boxes and earned a B-.

Nobody else had Jaheim Bell anywhere near the 125th overall pick. The Colts did, by 39 spots, and that gap is the whole story. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. However the rest shakes out, Jefferson at that price is a win they earned. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
