The Christian Jones selection is the head-turner. The Colts reached 64 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. Call it a sensible B-, earned the boring way.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The Mustapha pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

The Solomon pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback, running back and other spots.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
