A mixed bag for the Colts, and a C+ to match.

The Colts did not so much draft Devin Culp as overpay for him, 70 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend. For now it grades a C+, with the swing picks left to settle the rest.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

The back end got a real overhaul.

Hit on Quinyon Mitchell and the swing picks, and this ages a lot better than it grades today.
