There is reaching, and then there is Jowon Briggs at Round 6, Pick 34. The Colts jumped the board by 59 and dared it to prove them wrong.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Jackson. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
